A A second brain Hermes or OpenClaw, with Claude Opus or a local model
Everything you entrust to it, found again in one sentence. A personal assistant, installed on your own server, retains your exchanges, documents and decisions, and handles the simple or complex actions you delegate to it, on your behalf. It runs on Hermes or OpenClaw, with Claude Opus for the reasoning, and nothing is sent without your approval.

Day-to-day administration, prepared for you. Messages are sorted, invoices matched to your payments, quotes drawn up from your prices and follow-ups scheduled. Even the replies are drafted: all that is left is to approve them.

The software that doesn't exist yet. When no software matches the way you work, it is built: an internal tool, a dashboard, an assistant that answers from your own documents.

Every meeting gets its minutes. The recording is transcribed, voices are separated and each speaker is identified. The minutes list the decisions and who does what, and are then sent to every participant.

Your online presence, kept up over time. Articles, posts and visuals are produced in your voice, organized in a publishing calendar and released on your channels, then the results are tracked and summarized. Every post is approved by you before it goes live.

Where AI can take over.
We talk for half an hour to pin down what you need. If AI brings nothing to your case, I will tell you. I send you a costed quote within 48 hours, with scope and timeline. A deposit starts the work: I build, I set it up for your tools, I train your team.
Business secrets and privacy.
Handing a task to AI should never expose your data. I work with solutions able to protect business secrets and people's privacy: depending on how sensitive the information is, models are installed on your own machines or used through providers bound by contract. Every solution is tailored to the specific needs of your business.
Your tools work. They just don't work together.
Many small and mid-sized organizations run on tools that work but are dated. Or, at best, on a pile of tools that don't talk to each other.
