Unless stated otherwise, the texts, design and code of pysgs.net belong to Mathieu Arbez.

Any reproduction, representation or adaptation of these elements, in whole or in part, without prior permission is prohibited, subject to the exceptions provided by law, in particular short quotation (articles L. 122-4 and L. 122-5 of the French Intellectual Property Code). Unauthorised use may constitute infringement (articles L. 335-2 and following of the same code).

The Bricolage Grotesque and IBM Plex Mono typefaces are used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. Free software components, in particular Tailwind CSS (MIT licence), are included in the code of the site; they remain the property of their authors.

The names, screenshots and content of the projects presented belong to their respective owners. They are reproduced to present these projects and may not be reused without their owners' consent.

Liability

The information published on the site is provided for general information. It is written with care, but its accuracy, completeness and permanent updating cannot be guaranteed.

The descriptions of services do not constitute a contractual offer: the terms of each engagement are set out in a quote.

Access to the site may be interrupted, in particular for maintenance or in the event of a failure. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher cannot be held liable for an interruption of the site or for the use made of the information published on it.

Links and previews of external websites

On the portfolio page (https://pysgs.net/en/portfolio/), live previews of six external websites are shown:

• shake-document-protect.org, mathieu-arbez-hermoso.net and thisisnotanespresso.net, projects of the publisher;
• armel.ink, a client's website;
• nostalgiafun.io and wagmigeneration.net.

Each preview is displayed in an embedded frame (iframe) whose permissions are restricted by the "sandbox" attribute, and it is accompanied by a link to the real site. The scripts of the site shown are run in it, and that site's own cookies may be used in it.

Each preview is loaded only when its location is visible on screen or about to be, for example when the visitor scrolls down to it; until then, a still image hosted on pysgs.net is shown. On narrow screens, such as phone screens, only the wagmigeneration.net preview is loaded, under the same condition; the others remain replaced by a still image.

When a preview is loaded, the technical data sent by any browser (in particular the IP address and the browser type) are sent to the site concerned and, where applicable, to the service providers used by that site, for example a content delivery network or a font service. Each external website, whether shown as a preview or reached through a link, is the responsibility of its own publisher, including for the data processed on it. The choice to embed these previews, and the data transmissions described above, are however the responsibility of the publisher of pysgs.net. The content of websites that are not projects of the publisher of pysgs.net is not controlled by him and may be changed at any time.

A link or content that appears unlawful can be reported to pysgs@proton.me. Each report is reviewed and, where necessary, the link or content concerned is removed.

Personal data and cookies

No cookie is set by pysgs.net itself, and no audience measurement, advertising or tracking tool is built into it. Cookies specific to the external websites shown as previews on the portfolio page may however be set when these previews are loaded (see the section "Links and previews of external websites").

Applicable law

This legal notice and the use of the site are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution is sought first. Failing that, the dispute is brought before the competent French courts, subject to applicable mandatory rules, in particular those protecting consumers.
